Interiorisation

Kriya Yoga: the technique that brings us back to ourselves.

Who we are

What we mean by interiorisation

We call interiorisation —popularly “the Inter”— the morning practice of inner gathering and Kriya Yoga that turns the energy inward.

It is the heart of our tradition: a quiet, deep work done at sunrise, preparing the person for meditation and for life.
